Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on the service you have selected, SendThat will provide you with an approx. ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). These times are approximates and not an actual fixed delivery time. We suggest you allow 1 to 2 days buffer for busy times such as Long Weekends, Major Public Holidays, Easter and the lead up to the Christmas Period.

We are strong believers that it is what is on the inside that counts. We would recommend that users of SendThat reuse and recycle pre – used boxes or satchels to package their items in an effort to reduce their environmental impact.
It doesn’t need to be glamourous – it’s about what’s on the inside!

Yes you can! As the person initiating and completing the booking, you need to ensure the ‘sender’ receives a consignment note email and that they are aware of what is required to complete the pickup.

No. SendThat will not move anything classed as a ‘dangerous good’. (See FAQs: ‘What are dangerous goods?’)

Your label should always be attached (sticky tape) on a flat surface at the top of the package(s) without any obstruction to the barcode or wording. It is important the barcode is in clear view for scanning updates that be viewed via online Track and Trace.
